Superb and iconic Maserati Ghibli 4.7, a unique example exhibited on the Ghia stand at the Turin Motor Show in 1970. Sold new in 1971 to Ugo Cividino, a famous Italian pianist living in Vienna, this Ghibli has an extraordinary pedigree. After several years, it joined the collections of the Automobilmuseum in Stainz, where it was restored, dressed in its magnificent black livery & white interior, an elegant combination nicknamed “tuxedo”. Imported to the United States in 2006, it was used for several years as a personal car and began a partial restoration (engine and bodywork), carefully documented. Taken over in 2013, the Ghibli was then imported to Switzerland, benefiting from rigorous maintenance and numerous quality works carried out in Switzerland, in particular for obtaining the FIVA passport, Swiss homologation and the improvement of driving comfort with the addition of power steering, the replacement of the water pump (reinforced). This example is presented today in excellent condition, reliable and ready to take to the road, with a clear history and numerous mechanical, cosmetic and preventive interventions carried out over the years. A great classic from Modena, with a strong character, a unique history and undeniable charm, veteran MOT !
